Air Quality Monitors & HVAC Controls

People spend more than 90% of their time indoors and researchers have linked poorly ventilated spaces to a range of ailments as headaches, fatigue, shortness of breath, cough, sneezing, dizziness and to an increased absence from work, decreased productivity, and asthma, a condition triggered by pollutants and allergens commonly found in chronically under ventilated rooms.

The Air Monitor instruments accurately monitor indoor air quality in office building, public spaces, labs and clean rooms and alert of any changes exceeding the set limits, enabling the well-being of people living and working inside.
When these instruments detect some of the variable factors influencing air quality in buildings and indoor spaces where they are installed, they can connect and activate to the existing HVAC plant making it possible to achieve clean, pollution-free air, and providing with a real- time feedback of the internal environment conditions.
Furthermore, thanks to the analysis of data recorded, necessary depuration actions may be planned and activated for the proper maintenance and/or replacement of the HEPA filters of the HVAC plant, to limit energy consumption.
Depending on a facility layout and the areas to keep under control - such as receiving area, garment rooms, laboratories, warehouses, manufacturing area, packaging area, offices, and cafeteria - and the minimum air requirements for all these various spaces, it might become necessary to control most of a production site by positioning specific multipurpose Air Monitor Detectors like the AM CR100, AM CR101, and AM CR102 - and convey all the collected data to general reference units, like the new models of the Air Monitors AM-L70 and AM-L43, a new line of instruments, controlling operational conditions in cleanrooms – according to the ISO 14644-1-2 - and other main manufacturing areas.

All the data collected and recorded in their internal memory, can be downloaded to a mobile phone, and can be exported to the company server or on a cloud-based Internet platform at prefixed time intervals.
